Tell RJ! He reeeaaalllyyy wants to know! The good… the bad… the funky…
Fun, fresh feature for Fridays. Tell RJ your Joys and Concerns. Feel free to offer Encouragement in comments to others. Only 2 rules to participate~ We will keep it within a PG-13ish boundary AND We will only lift people up, not tear them down.
I shall inaugurate this new feature by sharing an amazing Joy!
Hey RJ, I’m elated! A good friend of mine who needs a kidney transplant just found out that he has a donor! Woohoo!
Chime in with a comment and tell RJ, How the Flock* Are Yooooouuuuu???
*According to the Rooster Translator, “flock” is close enough to the spirit of RJ’s intent to keep within the spirit of PG-13 😉
Yer Mumma says: I’m taking care of the final details today for a huge PeaceRaiser (fundraiser) happening tomorrow to make money to bring International Peace Activist, Ven. Rev. Patrick McCollum, to Peaceburgh (Pittsburgh)! I see lots of people, fun and money flowing our way! Check it out at: https://www.facebook.com/events/1700190423604396/
Another great Joy!
I’m Flocking Great (February’s sun bathing chicken!)
Don’t get too crispy around the edges, lol!
Hey, RJ. Pleased to make your acquaintance. We used to have some chickens living with us, oh, about 30 years ago. The hens adamantly refused to lay where we really hoped they would, and one day the rooster ended his own life, trying to get his head out from between the bars of a wire milk crate where he had inserted it for gods only know what reason. Poor devil flopped around until he broke his own neck. Darned shame; we really liked him. I think it’d be a joy to have chickens again some time, but hopefully without that much drama. Have a grand day, my fine feathered friend. Later.
Thanks for stopping by! Here’s hoping for more chickens!
I had a great day at school. I learned to use Adobe Audition and made my first PSA for an “A”! I love my electronic class. I’m learning SO many things that other schools don’t have these same opportunities. With my broad base of knowledge, I will be able to get an awesome and fun job! I earned my good karma with my , first half of life, profession, now it’s time for fun and $$$
I meant, Electronic Production*
You really have earned it, Sis! Way to go!
RJ, what do I do? We thought seven chickens would give us a few blue, green, and brown eggs for our eating pleasure…only we get 5-6 a day! If each bird lays about 280 eggs a year, we’re going to be up to our necks in cackle-fruit (you can only eat so many deviled eggs and quiches). Throw a recipe our way so we keep inspired!
Awesome! Have you tried these egg-mazing Grain Free Flapjacks?

RJ it has been a personally fulfilling week! At work however I was running around like a chicken with….sorry, forget that reference. At least my friends have a sense of humor that pulls me thru.
Whew, that was a close one!
Hey RJ, sorry I didn’t say hello yesterday. It seems I misplaced my driver’s license at some point during the day, and I’ve been tearing apart the car and house looking for it. I’m pretty flocking mad at myself. I feel like an Angry Bird. Have you seen that movie? Anyway, I just requested a replacement online, which will cost me $28.50. For a piece of plastic. Boy did that ruffle my feathers. Now I’m pretty flocking mad at the state. ‘Til next time, RJ!
Gee whiz, Brooke, I’d be an Angry Bird to! Hope your feathers smooth out soon!
